Hello Sawyer Woods Families,
This coming week, we will be holding on to our umbrellas and pulling on those rainboots, it looks like we will be pounded with rain for a few days.
On Wednesday of this week, the King County Green Schools initiative will be bringing in a theater troupe to perform. Their message will be around sustainability and reinforcing our green school efforts.
On Thursday, Kindergarten and 1st grade will have the opportunity to experience the Washington State Fair's Traveling Farm. This is always a great hands-on learning experience. Our students also have prior knowledge from our Core Knowledge unit on "farms" in kindergarten.
